Nerolac Wonderwood Melamine Wood Coatings is a Premium two component acid catalysed wood coating. It is specially formulated to protect the wooden furnitures againts the Oil Stains, protection againist household chemicals. It imparts high performance, long lasting interior finiesh. The product is based on 100% xxx resin and hence it forms a tough protective film, with an excellent bonding to the substrate, which prevents peeling off for years.

Recomanded Usage

  • Nerolac Impression ECO CLEAN Ultra Luxury Emulsion is designed for application on the interior, new and previously painted surfaces such as plaster, brickwork, cement rendering, concrete, hardboards etc.

Surface Preparation

  • Sand the wooden surface along the grains Patten with 180 and 320 Emery Paper.
  • Clean the surface with cloth.
  • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 Emery Paper.
  • Apply 1st coat of Melamine Sealer. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
  • Apply 2nd coat of Melamine Sealer. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
  • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 or 400 Emery Paper.
  • Apply 1st coat of Melamine Top Coat. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
  • Sand the coated surface along the grains Patten with 320 or 400 Emery Paper.
  • Apply 2nd coat of Melamine Top Coat. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs.
  • Coated surfaces must be allowed to dry completely before use. Application pictorial is as follows.

1k PU Clear Wood Coating

Ancillaries to keep the paint everlasting Nerolac Wonderwood 2K PU Exterior Sealer Wood Coatings & Nerolac Wonderwood 2K PU Thinner.

Nerolac 1 K Polyurethane clear finish is a single pack brushable wood finish based on urethane modified resin. It offers natural look to wood and protects from water, termite stains and normal handling. It can also be used on veneer, medium density fiber board. Nerolac 1 K PU wood finish is recommended for interior use only. Now Nerolac 1 K PU is made free from heavy metals like Lead. Hence it is user friendly and takes care of the environment.

Recomanded Usage

  • 2 to 3 coats depending on the nature of substrate.

  • Select suitable wood or if previously coated then remove the coating by scrapping or sanding. Sand the surface with Emery paper no.180. Apply Nerolac NC wood Sealer. Allow to dry for 2 – 3 hrs and sand with Emery paper no. 180 followed by 320 Emery paper. Wipe off the dust and dirt.

Recomonded System For Application

  • Thinner : KNPL G P Thinner
  • 1 K PU can be applied as such by brushing. For ease of brushing or for application by spraying suitable amount of G P Thinner can be used to adjust viscosity.
