Kamoprime Wall Primer

Kamoprime Wall Primer is based on Acrylic Emulsion, having unique features of quick drying, is fast recoating time and smooth finish.

Application Kamdhenu Kamosilky Acrylic Washable Distemper can be applied by brush / roller / Spray.

Direction For Use :

  • Ensure that the surface is smooth and free from dust, grease, loose or flaked particle by sanding it with emery paper 180 and wipe clean.
  • Kamoprime Wall Primer is Water thinable 20 to 25% water is to be added by volume for brushing purposes. Apply a coat by brush and allow it dry for 4 to 5 hrs.
  • Smoothen the surface by filling dents with thin coat of Kamocare Wall Smoothner.
  • Allow drying for 6 to 8 hrs sand with emery paper 180 and wipe clean.
  • Apply another coat of primer over smoothner areas. Allow it to dry for 4 to 5 hrs.
  • Sand with emery paper 320 before application of topcoat.

    • Eco Friendly: Contains no added Lead, Mercury, Cadmium & Chromium compounds.
    • Store the product at ambient conditions in a well ventilated location and away from the source of fire and ignition. Avoid eye & skin contact.
    • Keep out of reach of children and away from food, drink and animal feed. Do not pour left over Primer down the drains or in water courses.
    • Avoid inhalation and wear eye protection during application.
    • Remove splashes from skin with soap and water.

    Kamoprime Red Oxide

    Kamoprime Red Oxide Metal Primer gives a quick drying fairly corrosion resistant coating to the substrate due to use of Red Oxide & some specially selected Anticorrosive medium.

    Application Kamoprime Red Oxide Metal Primer can be applied by Brush, Conventional or Airless Spray.
    Area of application All type of Ferrous substrate viz: Grill, Steel windows, Steel structure.
    Packaging 20, 10, 5, 2 & 1 Kgs.

    Surface Preparation:

    • All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before painting.
    • Loose and flaking paint should be removed by wire brush or other abrasive means.
    • Knifing Filler may be used if required to level the dent.
    • Normally no thinning of Kamoprime Red Oxide Metal Primer is required. But 5 to 10% of Kamothin G.P. thinner may be used (if required).
    • For best results allow overnight drying between two coats of Primer.
    • Surface is prepared for the final coat of Enamel.
